Delivery information:

free shipping is only inside the USA and no APO OR ANY ARMY.

Most orders are shipped within 12-24 hours {provided that all the billing and credit card information are correct}. if there is a problem with your order you will receive an email or phone call providing more details within one business day. please allow 4-6 weeks for back order items. delivery times vary according to the schedule below:

Ground shipping 1-5 business days.
Custom shirts 1-2 weeks to ship.

Return Policy

A) All returns must be authorized by 12shirts.com. Any merchandise returned without authorization will be refused. All returns and exchanges must be done within 7 days of receipt of the product except CUSTOM PRINTS and CLOSEOUT can't be returned. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking Fee. Returns on items that included 'Free Shipping' will be credited for the item ONLY minus the original shipping charges we incurred to ship the item(s) out to you & restocking fees will still apply. shipping charges are not refundable. please include proof of purchase, such as a copy of your original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of your refund.

B) All returns must include original factory box, original factory packaging. Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. we will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition. All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on washed or dirty merchandise will not be accepted.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.
